Archive Server Replacement
Your RP/JDA Archive server is stuffed full of data which is important, but rarely accessed. When it is accessed, it is in a read-only way. So, why have the same, very expensive infrastructure as production, tuned for current access, for a system without those requirements. Elastic Queries allow you to shift over to a deep storage mode of maintaining archives
Let us help you look at your archive Use-Cases and determine queries you need to support for your business.
No big-bang necessary to switch out your parcel services. Use the elasticParcel solution to take on new services, not currently supported by JDA. Then transition, carrier by carrier, over to a solution that frees you from the constrains of the legacy parcel system. See the elasticParcel Page for more information.
We created a wrapper on the standard parcel command and policies to allow you to maintain your current parcel implementation and transition carriers or carrier/service levels over time.
Outbound Release Processing
In the current WMS, cartonization is too entwined in the systems data structures, the micro-service approach frees you from this. Also, has married codes, isolation codes, hazmat features required for modern eComm. It is machine-packing ready (with full X,Y, Z and item orientation notation).
This feature includes visualizer for testing and helping with packout functions.
Minimal. The visualizer allows you to run tests and see how the system virtually created the cartons and match that to reality.
To the JDA/JDA system, the kit structure is well known. Our cartonization, simply creates a kit record and associates the items going into the kit with that record, just as standard product does. You can then use your pick methods of choice (cluster picking, bulk cluster picking, etc) without hesitation.

Visual Pallet Building/List Building
Similar to cartonization, In the current WMS, Pick Lists are too entwined in the WMS. This micro-service approach frees you from this. Also, has married codes, isolation codes, hazmat features required for modern B2B picking. Like cartonizatoin, it is machine-packing ready (with full X,Y, Z and item orientation notation). Additionally, the pallet builder allows you to pre-plan reconsolidated pallets (stacking pallets which need to be on separate platforms into one deliverable pallet).
This feature includes visualizer for testing.
Minimal. The visualizer allows you to run tests and see how the system virtually created the pallets and match that to reality.
To the JDA/JDA system, the Pick List structure is well known. Our List Builder, simply creates the list_id and associates the cases/cartons going into that list. You can then use your pick methods of choice without hesitation.
Picking, ASRS, Autonomous Vehicles
RP/JDA Integrator and MTF
Co-Picking allows you to have a common integration back to the RP/JDA pick work table (pre2012 or post 2012) and plug in things like ASRS, MinLoads, Visual Picking, Voice and Multi-Modal picking devices without touching JDA. It is very upgrade safe and potentially the last integration you will ever need to do. See the elasticCoPicking Page for more information.
Minimal. Start with small functions and add as you see fit.
To the JDA system, this looks like an automation integration, even though we might be using a mix of more advanced mobile functionality, automation devices like ASRS or robots.
Lots, if you have an older version of RP or want to bring in goods to person, robots or are doing eComm.
Minimal. Turn it on for areas by a policy.
We ultimately will call allocate location with a very specific location as the argument, so the system doesn’t know that we are even involved.
